Work Plans

A crucial element in planning the direction of the Main Street program is development of annual work plans that provide project structure, timelines, and accountability and serves as a tool to recruit volunteers and publicize the program. Work plans are simply "to-do" lists that will guide the actions of Lake City DIRT. Each committee has outlined projects it will undertake (including multiyear projects). These plans help ensure - in quantifiable terms - this revitalization program's successes. Check out 2024 Work Plans here.
