DIRT Seeking Sponsorships for 2018 Projects

LAKE CITY, COLO., (February 17, 2018): Lake City DIRT relies on business sponsorships for projects such as the Lake City Uncorked Wine and Music Festival, August is Lake City History Month, and the holiday event held in conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce. We will host again this year downtown hanging baskets of flowers. More information can be found here
Lake City DIRT is a nonprofit organization, dedicated to preserving and enhancing Lake City's historic and commercial district, in partnership with Hinsdale County, the Town of Lake City, the Department of Local Affairs Colorado Main Street program, and many more partners, donors, residents, and businesses.
Ute Ulay Updates

Ute Ulay receives fill material, new fencing, and debris removed last month under an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant through the Colorado Department of Public Health & the Environment (CDPHE). Work was completed primarily by Hinsdale County's Road & Bridge crew. This $71,500 project completes the remediation portion of site work.

Lake City Ice Climbs park improvements

Thanks to a Department of Local Affairs Main Street grant, the Town of Lake City and Lake City DIRT are working together on improvements to the Lake City Ice Climbs park, located just at the edge of city limits.
