The DIRT MISSION...
To strengthen, revitalize, and broaden the economic base of the
District while recognizing and promoting its historic, cultural,
social, and economic significance.
To educate the community to the benefits of the District's
historic preservation by involving citizens in the process of its
revitalization.
To use the "Four Point Main Street Approach" of organization,
economic restructuring, design, and promotion to accomplish
this mission.

- To recruit new businesses.
