In 2007, through the generous financial and time contributions of our volunteers - we built more than 530 feet of historic boardwalk in Historic Downtown Lake City along Silver Street. For 2008, we are building two additional sections of boardwalk on Third Street - along the north side of the Miners and Merchants Bank and from the Silver Spur to the Hough Building Alley. Lake City DIRT is now accepting sponsorships for 125 feet of boardwalk. Sponsor price is $75 per foot. Recognition of the gift is displayed on a plaque. Lake City DIRT will be accepting sponsorships for Phase 2 through April 15, 2008.
